Abstract
目的:用高效液相法测定降糖宁胶囊中人参皂苷Rb1的含量.方法:采用Hypersil C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5,μm),流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸(31:69),检测波长203 nm.结果:平均加样回收率为98.6%,RsD=0.61%.结论:方法简便、快速、灵敏、专属性强,数据准确,为降糖宁胶囊的质量控制提供了科学有效的方法.
