奥沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效观察

Abstract
溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是属于炎症性肠病(inflammatory towel disease,IBD)的一种,UC是一种病因尚不十分清楚的直肠和结肠慢性非特异性炎症性疾病.近10年来,国外采用奥沙拉嗪治疗UC取得良好疗效,且不良反应少见.作者于2002年6月至2006年6月采用奥沙拉嗪治疗UC 34例.观察该药对我国UC患者的疗效及不良反应,现报告如下.
