患者男,49岁.肝炎后肝硬化7年,曾因上消化道出血而住院治疗,此次因上腹部疼痛伴发热4 d来院治疗.体检:体温38.7℃,皮肤、巩膜无黄染,腹平坦,剑突下压痛(+),反跳痛(±),无肌紧张.血常规示WBC 14.4×109/L.腹部X线片示肠腔少量积气.
