支气管哮喘是由嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、肥大细胞(MC)和T淋巴细胞等多种炎症细胞参与的气道变应性炎症(AAI).中医药防治哮喘的不断深入是我国研究哮喘的特色之一.不论是平喘单味药、有效成分提取物,还是复方制剂,在免疫学研究领域中主要集中在抑制变态反应,抑制炎性细胞浸润,降低炎性介质和调节细胞因子等方面.
