Abstract
近年来,我们应用动态浊度法对乳酸环丙沙星注射液中的细菌内毒素进行了定量检测.现报告如下.
材料:乳酸环丙沙星注射液,250 ml/0.25 g,批号分别为:2004110212、2004121411、2004121321及2004120111(青岛市市立医院药剂科制剂室);定量鲎试剂(TAL)030907-B,0.5 ml/支(湛江海洋生物制品厂);细菌内毒素标准品2004-3,50 U/支(中国药品与生物制品检定所);细菌内毒素检查用水041103,2 ml/支(福州新北生化制品厂);BET-32B细菌内毒素浊度仪(天津大学无线电厂).
