Abstract
近年来,由于新生儿重症监护室(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)的普遍建立,重危新生儿病死率和远期发病率明显下降,尤其机械通气的广泛应用,使NRDS、MAS、PPHN、极低体重儿等重危新生儿通气功能改善,死亡率下降.宁夏医学院第二附属医院NICU自2003年建立以来,应用Newport-2000呼吸机对有上机指征24例重危新生儿进行机械通气治疗,取得了良好的临床疗效.现将护理体会报告如下.
