Abstract
患者,女,67岁.因双小腿疼痛1年入院.近1年无明显原因出现双小腿肌肉疼痛,症状进行性加重,以休息时疼痛为主,夜间为重,经常从睡眠中痛醒,不能平卧,需不停按摩小腿或下床行走缓解症状,经扶他林外用症状可减轻,但症状时好时重,近来疼痛加重,夜间不能入睡,需不停地行走,在外院反复检查治疗无效,既往高血压30年,冠脉搭桥术后7年.
