近年来,随着医学科学技术的迅猛发展,临床分科越来越细,各种检查手段越来越多,加之人们生活节奏的加快和保健意识的增强,国内多数医院的日门诊量呈现增加趋势.在这种形势下,原有就诊流程已不能适应门诊工作的需要.为此,不少医院对门诊流程进行了再造.本文对该方面的研究进行综述.
