Abstract
儿童扁桃体切除术中,为保持呼吸道通畅且防止术中出血及分泌物所致误吸,常选择气管插管全麻,术中常选用基础麻醉药氯胺[1],使术野渗血增多,而使手术时间延长,误吸机会增加,本文单用异丙酚静脉全麻,术中辅助小量局麻药行扁桃体切除,速度快、出血少、术后患儿苏醒快,同时降低了麻醉费用,现已安全完成60余例手术,总结如下.
