芦丁是豆科植物槐树Sophora japonica L.的花蕾即槐米中提取的植物原料药.槐米含芦丁约10%～28%.芦丁具有维生素P样作用,可防治毛细血管发脆而引起的出血症,用于高血压的辅助治疗;具有抗毛细血管脆性和异常的透过性作用.
