Abstract
钩虫(hookworm)是钩口科线虫的统称,至少包括17个属100余种.钩虫在长期进化过程中为适应摄食而形成了有效的抗血液凝固机制,钩虫分泌的抗凝物质是其抗血液凝固的基础.目前已报道的这些抗凝成分包括6种抗凝血肽[1-3]和1种血小板聚集抑制剂(HPI)[4].
