Abstract
D1S8(MS32)基因座是位于人类1号染色体(1q42-43)的小卫星(Minisatellite Variant Repeat, MVR),由长度为29bp的重复单位串联排列组成.在重复单位的5'端存在两个相邻的碱基替换G-A(SiteⅠ)和C-T (siteⅡ),Tamaki等[1]根据两个位置碱基替换的不同将D1S8核心序列命名为E、e、Y、y型,由此设计四种MVR-PCR特异性引物分别针对这四型核心序列,称为四态MVR-PCR技术.本文采用此技术检测了河北汉族群体100名无关个体的D1S8基因座,现报道如下.
