代谢综合征(Metabolic Syndrome,MS)是一组多种代谢异常聚集的病理状态和临床症候群[1,2],代谢异常主要成分中心性肥胖、高血压、血脂紊乱及高血糖等集中发生于同一个体,具有共同的发病机制,易发生心血管病(CVD)及心血管事件[1-3].如何治疗和控制代谢紊乱,降低CVD的发生是目前广受关注的问题.
