患者女性,59岁,于1997年3月因尿毒症开始常规血液透析治疗.2004年1月右臀部发现一蚕豆大小肿块,质韧,无压痛.2004年3月出现严重皮肤瘙痒、双下肢骨痛,化验血iPTH 2453pg/ml,血清钙2.1mmol/L,血磷2.7mmol/L,钙磷乘积70.31mg2/dl2.给予罗钙全2μg/次,2次/W,口服冲击治疗,限磷饮食,碳酸钙1.0g/次,1次/d;透析液钙离子浓度1.5mmol/L,普通肝素抗凝,透析间期常规使用促红细胞生成素、铁剂.
