双吻合器Parks术治疗低位直肠癌18例分析

Abstract
低位直肠癌高发是我国肠癌的发病特点之一,75%以上是距肛门7 cm以下的低位直肠癌,一般多行Miles式术,或手工行Parks术或Bacon术超低位保肛.应用弧形切割吻合器与弯形管状吻合器对我院18例低位直肠癌患者成功进行了超低位吻合,现报告如下.
