Abstract
皮肌炎是以红斑水肿为皮损特点,伴有肌无力和肌肉炎症、变性的疾病,主要累及皮肤、血管,常伴有关节、心脏等多器官损害,各年龄组均可发病[1],临床易误诊.现对我院1997年至2005年收治的49例皮肌炎患者作一回顾分析,以期提高对本病的诊治水平.
