Abstract
[病例]女,38岁.主因牙龈肿痛1天来院就诊.查体:生命体征平稳,未见其他异常.诊断为冠周炎.予甲硝唑0.2 g口服,每天3次.用药第2天,患者出现尿急、尿频、尿痛及肉眼血尿.查尿三杯试验为终末血尿(满视野红细胞).行肾脏、膀胱彩超检查示:肾脏未见异常,膀胱内有一1.2 cm×0.4 cm血凝块.考虑为甲硝唑致血尿.
