Abstract
患者均为女性患儿,最小10 d,最大3岁.因出生后即排便困难,肛门异位为主诉入院.查体:一般情况可,肛查:视诊可见正常肛门位置皮肤正常,有放射性皮肤皱纹.正常肛门位置前2 cm,1 cm不等,可见有一烟头大小之狭窄开口排出粪便.开口紧在阴道后部.触诊:正常肛门位置触之有空虚感.辅助检查:3例均行结肠钡灌检查示:直肠未见异常.心电图、胸透、血常规检查均无异常.入院诊断:前庭肛门.
