直肠近端内脱垂22例诊治体会

Abstract
直肠内脱垂又称直肠内套叠,近年来随着排粪造影技术的推广应用,发现该病多见.1999年7月～2003年5月,我们共治疗直肠远端内脱垂患者220例,对治疗无效的55例进行检查、分析,发现其中22例直肠近端也存在脱垂.采用负压乙状结肠吸扎器吸扎治疗,疗效满意.现报告如下.
