Abstract
作为乳腺癌早期发现常规方法(X线检查、临床乳房检查和乳房自我检查)之一的乳房自我检查(乳房自检),也开始接受科学的检验和评价[1].乳房自我检查(breast self-examination,BSE)是妇女仔细、系统地对乳房、腋窝进行视诊和触诊,检查有无异常改变的一种方法,一般每月1次[2].乳房自我检查有利于乳腺癌的早期发现,更有利于所有乳房疾病的防治[3].现将国内外有关乳房自检知识及研究结果做一简要描述.
