Abstract
青年性股骨颈骨折后骨不连在治疗上有一定困难.尤其对有移位者其骨不连和骨坏死的发生率高达30%[1].对于老年患者常选用假体置换,青年患者,保留其自身的髋关节至关重要[2].我院2000年1月～2004年10月,应用转子间外翻截骨后动力髋螺钉固定治疗股骨颈骨折后骨不连8例,取得了较好的临床疗效.
