Abstract
目的探讨热辐射对高温作业岗位分级的影响,客观准确评价高温作业岗位级别。方法采用湿球黑球温度(WBGT)指数法对湿热型与干热型高温作业岗位温度和辐射热强度进行测定,分析热辐射对高温作业岗位温度的影响。结果在辐射强度为X的热环境中,现场实测温度比人体感受到的实际温度低(0.449X-0.037 9)℃。当单向辐射热强度<2 J/(cm2.min)时,热辐射对温差影响在0.22~0.42(℃)之间,当单向辐射热强度>2 J/(cm2.min)时,热辐射对温差的影响明显增大。结论国标中规定当岗位热辐射强度>2 J/(cm2.min)时,高温作业岗位级别提高1个档次是合理的。
