Abstract
乳腺癌是妇女常见的恶性肿瘤之一.据专家介绍, 全球每年约有120万名妇女患乳腺癌, 50万死于乳腺癌.在欧美的发达国家,乳腺癌发病率均在60/10万以上,占女性恶性肿瘤首位.而中国近年成为乳腺癌发病率增长最快的国家之一,如上海市1975年女性发病率19.6/10万,至1986年时为23.8/10万,已严重影响妇女健康和生命[2].本文从流行病学的角度将我国与欧美国家乳腺癌的诊治现状作一简单的分析比较.
