近距离放射治疗在恶性肿瘤的治疗中具有重要地位,施源器是近距离放射治疗必须借助的工具之一,临床上用的施源器规格多样,内径大小不一.施源器内径大小是否会造成患者实际接受剂量与治疗计划中设定参考剂量的不符,对此鲜有报道.笔者通过实验对此进行验证,现报道如下.
