小腿烫伤后瘢痕钙化伴溃疡不愈一例

Abstract
病例 患者女,37岁,左小腿中段前方于2岁时被开水烫伤,2周后痊愈,遗留表浅瘢痕.5年前瘢痕逐渐硬化,并出现如绿豆大小的溃疡,时愈时破.患者自述活动轻度受限.查体:左小腿中段胫骨前方有一表浅瘢痕,呈箭头形,长12 cm,宽5 cm,瘢痕中部有一直径3 mm的溃疡,有血浆样分泌物渗出,溃疡周边无红肿,无表浅静脉怒张.触之质硬,硬化边界清晰(图1).
