Abstract
目的探讨小儿应用Jackson-Rees环路吸入与静吸复合麻醉的效果。方法选择骨科小儿上、下肢手术45例,外科患儿(胸、腹腔,颅脑患儿除外)15例,随机分成2组,A组Jackson-Rees环路吸入O2-N2O-异氟醚,B组静脉复合芬太尼、咪唑安定。结果麻醉效果评分,Ⅰ级:A、B2组无差别,Ⅱ级:B组明显多于A组,Ⅲ级:A组明显多于B组。麻醉并发症和苏醒期不良反应A组明显多于B组。结论小儿应用静吸复合麻醉更具优势。
