Abstract
上皮性卵巢癌(epithelial ovarian carcinoma,EOC)是妇科常见恶性肿瘤,由于不易早期发现,约70%的患者诊断时为晚期.理想的细胞减灭术后辅以紫杉类+铂类为主的化疗使晚期EOC的近期疗效有了很大提高,然而,大部分患者将在3～4年内复发,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期EOC的5年生存率不足40%[1],如何延缓复发及延长生存期成为妇科肿瘤学界的重要课题.
