反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)是指胃、十二指肠内容物反流入食管,引起食管组织不同程度损伤的疾病,产生烧心等症状.内镜检查是诊断反流性食管炎的重要手段之一,我院2003～2005年经胃镜检查及病理诊断为RE共346例,占同期胃镜检查(6416例次)的5.4%,现将内镜表现报告如下.
