注射用腺苷钴胺为抗贫血药,用于巨幼红细胞性贫血,也可用于神经炎等的辅助治疗[1].国家药品标准WS1-XG-030-2000[2]无有关物质检查项,该产品有关物质检测方法未见报道.笔者在注射用腺苷钴胺的稳定性试验工作中,用HPLC法就有关物质测定进行研究.
