Abstract
乳腺叶状肿瘤是WHO于1981年开始使用的概念,分为良性、交界性和恶性三类.2003年WHO分类命名叶状肿瘤,废弃"叶状囊肉瘤"的名称.此种病变约占乳腺恶性肿瘤的1.3%[1],故超声认识不足,术前诊断准确率较低.回顾性分析术后病理确诊的乳腺叶状肿瘤15例的超声诊断特点及临床特点,结果总结报道如下.
