Abstract

1 临床资料 1995-09/2004-12我科收治烧伤患者共441例,其中32例伤者入院后即有咽喉部疼痛、咳嗽、声音嘶哑,致伤原因为热粉尘等多伴有咳黑灰色粘痰、鼻毛烧焦等症,听诊闻及呼吸音粗、呼吸频率加快,判断为重度以上烧伤合并呼吸道损伤,发生率为7.26%,烧伤深度为深Ⅱ°-Ⅲ°,烧伤面积11%～85%TBSA,平均烧伤面积约22.5%.
