Abstract
膝骨性关节炎是临床常见病.治疗方法一般有非手术治疗、切开直视下清理术、胫骨高位截骨术、人工关节置换术和关节镜下清理术等.自2000～2003年,作者采用关节镜下中药灌注冲洗及髓腔减压治疗膝骨性关节炎89例,收到满意效果.现总结报告如下.
