中西医结合治疗盆腔炎158例疗效观察

Abstract
目的探讨中药盆腔炎方联合抗生素对盆腔炎的治疗作用。方法将237例病人分为A组(抗生素组)79例,B组(中西医结合组)158例。结果A组总有效率89.88%,B组总有效率97.47%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗盆腔炎优于单纯应用抗生素治疗。
