Abstract
对我院非手术治疗急性胰腺炎禁食时间观察如下. 1 临床资料 我科自2003-01～2004-12共收治58例急性胰腺炎(AP)58例,均有典型AP症状,血、尿淀粉酶达到诊断AP标准.本组患者经胰腺B超及CT检查有4例坏死型,余均为间质型.男40例,女8例,年龄25～81(平均46.3)岁.
