Abstract
戊型肝炎(Hepatitis E,HE),是由戊型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis E Virus,HEV)引起的急性自限性肝炎.主要经污染的水源传播,也可通过食物和日常生活接触传播.在亚洲和非洲的大部分发展中国家,造成散发和流行疾病.在发达国家也有散发报道.1986-1988年在我国新疆曾发生戊型肝炎流行,共计发病119 280例,死亡707例,是迄今世界上最大的一次戊型肝炎流行.戊型肝炎的诊断对HEV流行病学研究、疾病控制和早期治疗有重要的意义.
