Abstract
医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(polyacsylamide hydrogel,PAH,国产商品名为奥美定)为一种医用软组织充填剂,于1997年从乌克兰引入我国,主要用于隆乳,因使用方便、经济效益好,迅速红遍民营美容医疗机构,伴随而来的许多并发症亦不断涌现.自1998年以来,我们收治多种外院注射美容后发生的并发症.所用注射物名称、产地、厂商、使用剂量等不明.现总结分析如下.
