Abstract
铅(Pb)的神经发育毒性可能与氧化损伤及凋亡有关[1],近年抑制凋亡(bcl-2)、促进凋亡(bax)基因颇受关注.本文探讨牛磺酸(taurine,Tau)、N-乙酰半胱氨酸(N-acetyl systeine,NAC)、茶多酚(Tea polyphenols,TP)和沙棘油(Hippohae Oil,HO)对铅神经发育毒性的影响,为防治铅中毒提供依据.
