Abstract
糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎是由圆形或卵圆形糠秕孢子菌引起的毛囊性皮肤真菌病,好发于中青年,其外观酷似寻常型痤疮、细菌性毛囊炎、毛囊虫样毛囊炎、脂溢性皮炎等皮肤病,临床上极易造成误诊.我科门诊自2002-04～2005-09共发现糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎误诊37例,其中24例为外院初诊,现就其误诊原因分析如下.
