我科自2000年至今对104例手部深度烧伤的病例进行了手术治疗,获得了良好的治疗效果,报道如下.
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
本组病例共计104例,男性63例,女性41例;年龄18～55岁,平均33岁.致伤原因:热力烧伤44例,电烧伤29例,热压伤15例,化学烧伤16例.烧伤程度:深Ⅱ°烧伤30例,Ⅲ°烧伤36例,Ⅲ°以上烧伤38例.手术时间:伤后1～8天,平均为4天.
