随着计划生育的开展和城市白领女性的增加,怀孕后为了工作要求流产者增多,为防止Rh阴性孕妇因盲目流产而产生的免疫性抗体,当再次妊娠时可能发生的新生儿溶血病.我们在孕妇手术前1天做Rh血型D抗原的检测,对Rh阴性孕妇显得尤为重要.
