三七总皂苷及三七皂苷Rg1对脑缺血有肯定的保护作用[1-2].但对于其作用机制却知之甚少.脑缺血损伤的重要部位位于大脑皮质和海马.许多研究发现,脑缺血时海马区域细胞对缺血缺氧的反应不一,CA1区神经元最为敏感,损伤最重;CA2和CA3区也有较为严重的神经损害.
