1我国奶牛养殖业现状分析
不同于其他动物养殖,奶牛养殖需要牛奶加工企业.近年来,外资乳品加工企业和国内一些大型乳品企业通过新型牛奶加工方式,有效提升了牛奶的消费和加工能力.随着工厂对鲜乳需求量的不断提升,农户生产牛奶的群体不断得以扩大.但是,中国牛奶消费主要集中在城市的特性依然改变不大.
