Abstract

目的:介绍磷霉素治疗小儿急性细菌性痢疾的疗效。方法:对82例急性细菌性痢疾的患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组给予磷霉素静滴,连用3天;对照组给予头孢噻肟钠加管,连用3天。结果:对照组总有效率86.7%,观察组总有效率为98.1%,差异有显著性(=4.5,<0.05)。结论:磷霉素治疗小儿急性细菌性痢疾疗效显著。2
