Abstract
子宫内膜癌是女性生殖道常见的恶性肿瘤之一,倍受妇产科学界关注.目前已经发现金属基质蛋白酶(MMPs)在许多肿瘤的发生和发展中起重要作用,但对子宫内膜癌的研究甚少.本研究拟通过检测MMPs在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜癌前病变,子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况,探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及钙粘蛋白(E-CAD)在子宫内膜癌发病方面的价值.
