Abstract
近年来发现,肝细胞凋亡在酒精性肝病(alcoholic liverdisease,ALD)的发生和发展过程中具有重要作用[1,2].同时也有文献报道,在ALD中肝细胞不仅发生凋亡,其增殖功能也变得非常活跃[3-5].上述研究提示,在ALD中存在着肝细胞凋亡与增殖的动态平衡问题.本研究旨在观察长期乙醇摄入对肝细胞凋亡与增殖的影响、其相互关系和在ALD中的意义.
