Abstract
Monteggia骨折作为四肢常见骨折之一,往往因治疗不及时、误诊以及治疗不当而致畸形愈合或不愈合.陈旧性Monteggia骨折治疗过去常采用尺骨截骨矫形,钢板固定,桡骨小头切除.我科自2002年1月～2004年12月采用尺骨截骨矫形、钢板固定、桡骨小头复位、环状韧带重建治疗13例,亦取得满意疗效,现报道如下:
