1病例资料 患者,男,56岁,因咽痛、发热2天于诊所静滴双黄连粉针剂,输液后10分钟患者出现胸闷、气短、心慌、出汗等症状,急呼120急救车.查体:T 36.3℃,P136次/min,R 28次/min,BP80/45 mmHg.神志模糊,呼之能应,面色苍白.双侧瞳孔等大等圆,光反应迟钝.口唇微紫绀,皮肤湿冷、肢端凉,脉搏细速摸不清.双肺呼吸音清、无罗音,心率136次/min,心律齐,心音低钝,无病理性杂音.
