右室双出口(double outlet right ventricle,DORV)是一种较为罕见的复杂心脏畸形,约占先天性心脏病的0.48%～1.67%.其两大动脉完全起源于右心室,室间隔缺损是左心室唯一出口,主动脉瓣与二尖瓣之间无纤维连接,肺动脉瓣狭窄可有可无[1].其以心悸、气短、呼吸道感染和紫绀为临床表现.我院于2003～2005年作此类手术15例.现将手术配合介绍如下:
