Abstract
目的:观察肝病患者血清TGF-β1、HA、LM、C-IV联合检测的临床意义.方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法和放射免疫分析法,测定肝病患者血清TGF-β1、HA、LM、C-IV含量.结果:慢性肝炎组、肝硬化组患者血清TGF-β1、HA、LM、C-IV含量均高于对照组,且随着病情的发展而逐渐增高,各肝病组血清TGF-β1与HA、LM、C-IV含量呈高度正相关.结论:TGF-β1、HA、LM、C-IV联合检测可以判断肝病患者肝脏的损伤程度.
