植物性胃石31例内镜下诊断及治疗分析

Abstract
我院从1998年11月至2004年12月经内镜诊断及治疗植物性胃石共31例,取得了良好效果,现报告如下:
1资料与方法
1.1 临床资料6年间我院共做胃镜检查15 810例,诊断胃石症患者31例,均为植物性胃石,男13例,女18例.年龄28～80岁,平均年龄56.5岁.31例病人胃内共有41块胃石,其中23例为1块,2例3块,6例2块.胃石大小不等,自2.0 cm×2.0 cm×2.0 cm至8.0 cm×5.0 cm×5.0 cm,多数为4.0 cm×4.0 cm×5.0 cm.
